REAL includes a burn mechanism tied to platform activity. Certain actions (such as submissions) require REAL tokens which are permanently burned and removed from circulation.

REAL has a fixed maximum supply. Tokens are allocated across ecosystem, development, liquidity, and team. A large portion is subject to vesting schedules. Locked tokens are not part of circulating supply until released. Circulating supply increases gradually over time based on structured unlocks — not sudden releases.

93.2% - Real Estate Acquisitions (10 Yr Vesting + DAO)

The core of REAL’s model—these tokens are dedicated to purchasing rental properties, ensuring a continuously growing portfolio that benefits the community.
Without this allocation, the platform couldn’t acquire real estate and generate long-term value.

2% - Liquidity Pool (10 Yr Vesting)

Liquidity is key to a stable market. This allocation ensures there are always enough tokens available for smooth trading, preventing extreme price swings.
To reinforce long-term stability, these LP tokens will be locked in a 10-year vesting contract, ensuring sustained liquidity over time.

1% - Organizational Development (10 Yr Vesting)

REAL needs constant updates, security enhancements, and new features.
These funds support ongoing platform maintenance and innovation, with a vesting schedule to ensure responsible distribution.

1% - Team Compensation & Incentives (10 Yr Vesting)

A strong platform needs a dedicated team.
These tokens reward developers and strategists, keeping them committed long-term through a vesting schedule that prevents instant payouts.

For REAL to become a reality, it relied on private funding to develop its ideas.
To ensure long-term investor commitment, tokens were allocated to private investors and distributed through a vesting schedule, preventing immediate payouts.
